I have been a dance teacher and fitness enthusiast for over 30 years. I have been certified to teach Zumba, Piyo, Insanity, and Pure Barre (Classic, Emower, Define & Align), and I am a certified Personal Trainer through NASM.
Fitness and nutrition are my passion, and I love to help people find healthy ways to live their best lives. I have been teaching fitness classes since 2009. In 2019, I received my Master Fix Certification from Bodi. I continue to educate myself on nutrition, exercise, food, and the effects of what we consume on our hormones. I am currently working on my certifications in Nutrition and Behavioral Change.
Since 1998, I've been doing Public Relations, Marketing, and sales for various organizations, including Southwest Airlines, The Hockaday School in Dallas, and the United Way of Metro Oklahoma City. Most recently, I've been working with a non-denominational church in Conroe, Texas. I love to work with people to help them realize their full potential and live their best lives.
I'm a wife and mother. My husband Corey and I have been married since 2013. We have two daughters, Kennedy and Reagan (yes, my little presidents). They keep me busy with their activities and energy. I haven't taken a straight path in life, but I wouldn't change a thing. Without my struggles I wouldn't be the woman God has called me to be. I can help you win your battles and become who you know you are deep inside.
I will encourage and love you every step of the way; however, I will offer tough love when necessary. We all want the magic pill to health, but it doesn't exist. You are strong enough to achieve your goals, we all just need someone to help us along the way. I'm here for you.
